Service Agreement

By registering with the ad/technica programs, you ("Member") agree to the following terms of use:

Use of site and services:
ad/technica programs are completely free to join and utilize by any personal or commercial site. You are authorized to utilize these services provided you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials.

Links to third party websites:
ad/technica will provide content of third party providers ("Merchants") as a service to their members. ad/technica is not liable for the content or activity of any third party sites.

Program share terms:
On the average, 25% of all clicks driven through the service will contain the associate or affiliate ID of ad/technica in lieu of the default used associate or affiliate ID. Until the development of our international program is made public, 100% of all international traffic is diverted to our internal test facility and is not credited to the Member.

Limitation of liability:
ad/technica does not support, endorse, verify, or condone the content of websites that utilize the program. ad/technica does not hold accountability for any activity relating to a user site. ad/technica will not be liable for any damages including but not limited to damages arising from the use, or misuse, of the information presented in the site.

Accountability:
As a registered user of ad/technica, you will be accountable for any illegal activity on your site, including but not limited to plagiarism, copyright infringement, and other acts deemed illegal by appropriate governing bodies. ad/technica assumes no liability for your site activity, and registration with the program does not endorse illegal activities.

Third party affiliate programs:
ad/technica does not define the parameters of your affiliation with any merchants now or in the future. You will be liable to the terms and conditions of any individual partnership contained therein. ad/technica does not assume liability for breach of terms and conditions for any third party.

Privacy:
ad/technica may share information with third party affiliate program managers, solely based on the discretion of the program manager involved with your program. Complete disclosure of our privacy policy is available here.

Suspension of account:
ad/technica reserves the right to suspend a user account without notice for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate content, code hacks, code modification or misuse of our program.

Availability of service:
ad/technica does not guarantee service, and does not assume liability in the event of damages resulting in but not limited to network or site outages.

ad/technica reserves the rights to change the content and terms and conditions of our program, at any time, by updating this page. The terms contained are binding, and it is advisable to read these terms periodically, to ensure your compliance with our program.
